Notices for Return/Replacement
Buyers are entitled to 7 cooling off period (including weekends and national holidays).
【The day of collecting product from 7-11 or Family Mart will be deemed as the first day of 7 cooling off period; The day of package accepted and signed will be deemed as the first day of 7 cooling off period】
For product purchased by the buyer during the freight free period and returned, in part or in whole order, within 7 cooling off period, the customer service will refund the amount of order and return freight paid by the buyer altogether.
For product purchased by the buyer other than the freight free period and returned partially within 7 cooling off period, the customer service will automatically deduct the freight of original order if the total amount of other products accepted is less than the freight free offer as purchasing and refund the amount of order and return freight paid by the buyer altogether.
For product purchased by the buyer other than the freight free period and returned the entire order within 7 cooling off period, the customer service will refund the amount of order and return freight paid by the buyer altogether.
The customer service personnel for shipping will check the package one by one, film recording for the entire process and take photos as evidence to ensure the rights of both parties. The products will not be delivered unless it is correct upon confirmation. If the buyer intends to return or replace the products when there is defect or inconsistent size or style after receiving product within 7 cooling off period, please process the return or replacement flow against the return flow instructions.
The store service for return or replacement will be accepted at 7-11 or Family Mart only. For buyers who cannot use store to store return service at remote or offshore areas, please call or mail to the customer service first before returning the product. The buyers need to pay for the return freight first for return within 7 cooling off period. Customer service personnel will check the defect of product returned by the buyer and the amount of refund and return freight will be paid if the product is not maliciously broken on purpose, the tag is not torn down, product is not washed and without odor or deformation.
In case that the buyer informs customer service for return or replacement beyond the 7 cooling off period, we will not be liable to the return freight paid by the buyer.
Return Flow

Please have the photo of defect product uploaded to the page of member information
(Please refer to the instruction as shown in the diagram)
Step 3
The return process will be launched upon the confirmation of customer service personnel
Step 4
Mail the defect product along with original package and tag within 7 days to appointed store ( refer to appointed stores below)

Customer service personnel will check the defect of product returned by the buyer and the return and refund process will be handled ASAP if the product is not maliciously broken on purpose, the tag is not torn down, product is not washed and without odor or deformation.

Wait for refund(it will be returned to the credit card used by the buyer for shopping around 7-14 working days. If the refund is still not received then, please call customer service for inquiry)
